Special Announcement: You can use our paypal, or mail checks using the form at the bottom of this page if you plan on attending our National Conference in Humble, TX on June 8th. We have posted a flyer with info (see our Home, Links, & Special Events Sections. We will soon launch a new section fully detailing our conference listing speakers, topics, and all pertinent info - Stay Tuned!

First and foremost, we need your help. We are fighting a great battle right now with the government, who has decided that if you are a drug smuggler, bringing narcotics across the border, and assault a Border Patrol agent, you will get immunity. If you crash into anti-terrorist radiation portals at a port of entry, senior managers will label you a mere “accident victim” and won’t call in the FBI or check the vehicle for at least 1 day. A number of law enforcement officers face prison time for doing their job, while others have been fired but the bad guys remain protected and go uncharged. DHS Managers & Sups will even trump up charges, place you in inappropriate situations, promote officers and agents who should be prosecuted or fired, while firing and prosecuting those actually doing their jobs.

Border Patrol and ICE Agents, and Customs Officers are fighting for their lives and reputations. Why? Because the Department of Homeland Security has decided amnesty for illegal aliens is not enough. In fact, the government has repeated this outrage to countless agents as we have learned. We will soon be providing information about new cases that have been brought to our attention, and hope you will help support them as you have helped thus far. It's here where donations are needed to assist the FOBP Legal Defense Fund.

For those seeking to donate money to assist the Compean/Ramos case, we no longer accept donations on behalf of the Compean family, and have not accepted donations for the Ramos’ family since late 2006. We are assisting other officers who are going through desperate times but have not received the media coverage. The Compean Children's Fund was terminated by mutual agreement in February, and we thank everyone for their support, which came to about 50K between August 2007 and February 2008. While they lost their home, furniture, and so much more in the beginning, the Compean’s finally got back on their feet thanks to your generosity last Fall and were able to rent a home (paid one year in advance) and purchase furniture (fully paid). We thank you for your generous support. Now the time has come to move forward and help those countless officers/agents who have waited for help they desperately need, just as much as the two better known agents and their families received.

We would also appreciate your support for our organization to assist with providing direct representation of federal law enforcement officers in similar situations as Agent Compean.  Donations in this regard will assist us in providing counseling, consultation, media representation, and legal counsel to those we ask to defend our borders.  Since our founding, FOBP has exposed a plethora of weaknesses in our national security in the context of border enforcement and reported it directly to Congressional Committees and leaders. We are also working to assist local law enforcement along America's borders by keeping them informed as to what we learn during investigations, and are now working with them to provide them with materials needed to better protect their communities. Your donations to FOBP and our general fund help make America safer, because what law enforcement can stop along the borders can only lead to safer communities all across our great nation. In that sense you can live in Augusta, Grand Rapids, Portland, Miami, and Honolulu, and help a Sheriff thousands of miles away in a poor rural county in Texas, New Mexico, and elsewhere along our borders.

Can you help FOBP today by making a donation? Unlike donations made to many other organizations, contributions made to FOBP are 100% tax deductible.  And unlike other organizations, our organization is a regulated 501 (c)(3) entity, ensuring that your money is not misused.  We've posted a report on how donations are utilized, through charitable donations, field investigations, and other activities. To make a donation, please click on the link below to make an electronic donation through our secure PayPal link, or you can mail your donation to the address below by US Postal Service delivery. Please include the information requested at the bottom of the page. Together we can make a difference and help law enforcement do their job of defending us.
