Update:With President Bush having commuted the prison sentences of Ramos and Compean, the time has come to move forward and help those countless other
officers/agents who continue to wait for help they desperately need, just as much as the two better known agents and their families received. If
you know the real story behind how the Ramos/Compean case was first brought to public attention outside of El Paso, then you know that FOBP took
the case everyone else ignored, opened Pandora's Box, followed the trail, and exposed many other cases. Other groups focused on Ramos & Compean
and ignored nearly every other case, we have worked on many cases and stand by our incomparable record.
Your support helps law enforcement in many ways Law enforcement officers are fighting for their lives and reputations, and the War on Law Enforcement was not limited to the two Border Patrol agents from El Paso. Why? Because our government has decided amnesty for illegal aliens is not enough. In fact, the government has repeated this outrage with countless agents as we have learned. Our newest report, Unjustifiable & Impeachable identifies cases that have been brought to our attention, and hope you will help support them as you have helped thus far. It's here where donations are needed to assist them and to assist our field investigations. The government has made it clear that if you are a drug smuggler, bringing narcotics across the border, and assault an agent, you will get immunity. If you crash into anti-terrorist radiation portals at a port of entry, senior managers will label you a mere "accident victim" and won't call in the FBI or check the vehicle for at least 1 day. A number of law enforcement officers face prison time for doing their job, while others have been fired but the bad guys remain protected and go uncharged. DHS Managers will even trump up inappropriate charges, place you in situations for which officers are not fully trained, promote officers and agents who should be prosecuted or fired, while firing and DOJ then prosecutes them for actually doing their jobs properly. We need your help to continue our investigations and expose government massive internal corruption, and the policies that compromise national security and deny justice to our law enforcement officers who ask for our help. After cutting our teeth as an organization on El Paso case, we learned that sometimes it is best to go through legal counsels rather than get too emotionally caught up with clients as it is important to maintain a level of objectivity. We worked with the counsels in many other cases and have had excellent relationships with the attorneys and victims alike.
Your donations help us provide consultations with attorneys who know the challenges faced by law enforcement officers, consultations, media
representation, counseling, and financial assistance when available. Since our founding, FOBP has exposed a plethora of weaknesses in our
national security in the context of border enforcement and reported it directly to Congressional Committees and leaders. We are also working
to assist local law enforcement along America's borders by keeping them informed as to what we learn during investigations. Your donations to
FOBP and our general fund help make America safer, because what law enforcement can stop along the borders can only lead to safer communities
all across our great nation. In that sense you can live in Augusta, Grand Rapids, Portland, Miami, and Honolulu, and help a Sheriff thousands
of miles away in a poor rural county in Texas, New Mexico, and elsewhere along our borders.
