Between 2004 and 2008 FOBP Chairman Andy Ramirez has investigated what he has come to call the "War on Law Enforcement". This Executive Summary identifies how our government has turned on officers who are doing their jobs using criminal and administrative persecutions, indicative of totalitarian regimes of Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union.
